Overall I’ve had a great experience at Banner with the people and the patients. There is a lot of low census and as a traveler you’re the first to go and they will NOT let you pick up extra shifts so be prepared for that part. I’ve enjoyed my time and experienced here.

They don't have house keeping so not only do you have to turn over your own rooms you have to clean the restrooms as well before taking your patient. Core staff does not help travelers. They try to force you to take a lunch but you have to find someone to watch your patients and if you do they do nothing for your patients. The only thing that made it bearable was other travel nurses because we had our backs. Not the worst place I've worked at but not a place I would return to right away.

Labor and Delivery

PCU Observations at Dell Web is the worst place for me since traveling. The fact there was strict no extra shift for travelers is already a problem for me. Some of the staff are nice but most of them are completely distasteful of the fact you are a traveler. They are divided as a team, some have access to the manager and would report issues straight and I hated it. Just don’t like the atmosphere. I requested to be floated always.
