Have yet to make a full paycheck as I was contracted to since starting because they call off once per week with no option for make up and choose to flex the nurses instead who are working.

Low census x1 every week.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. Awful facility.

Run away! I have worked at HCA hospitals in Florida that were better ran than this ED. The charge nurses are bullies with no idea how to manage an 80 bed ED. Core staff is disgruntled. Average patient age is 75. Highest number of SNF’s and assisted living facilities within a 5 mile radius of the ED. Every patient is critical with brand new baby docs who take 2+ hours to put in orders. Will never take another contract there no matter what the pay is.
