Pros
Travel friendly unit. large teaching facility filled with learning opportunity. Excellent support from management and coworkers. Excellent patient care and standards for care. Albany area is relatively cheap for housing in comparison to many other areas with travel nursing opportunities.
Cons
HIGH acuity, fast pace and very sick patients ( can be both a positive and a negative depending ) however there is a large amount of knowledge and skill that nurses from all levels of experience will gain in this facility. There is also ample support from staff.
