Better than most places. Management tries to make sure everyone is happy, which can be bitter sweet, since everyone takes advantage of that. But overall, is a nice place to work. It’s what you make of it. Coworkers aren’t your friends, so remember that when you choose to trust someone you work with. Every man for themselves
