The leadership team can't get organized enough to get your assignment ready til 1 hour after you've arrived. The facility was 3 months in disrepair. 2 north has the most uppity nurses that care more about your charting than patients lives. They enjoy scrutinizing your charting than caring about their patients safety and comfort. If you need the money I guess it will do for a job but if you care about patients the charting robots that work there will make you miserable. They won't help you either. They will tell you what your patient needs sometimes. The pcts do nothing but sit down. You're in your own there. FYI

This is the worst travel assignment I ever had. Very disorganized, incompetent staff, very cliquey and the manager is not responsive or supportive in any way possible. I will never work for another Kaiser facility nor go back to this one!
