Tuition Assistance. and MORE! General Summary: To provide quality patient care services to the patients of Allergy & ENT Associates under the direction of physicians/providers and the nursing staff. Supports the goals and the objectives of the Company. Selected Duties and Responsibilities: * Provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of the physicians/providers and fellow RN/LVN nursing staff. * Follows office policies, procedures, and protocols as appropriate. * Communicates effectively with other members of the health care team including accurate documentation in patient charts. * Follows OSHA regulations and the safety guidelines of the Practice. * Follows HIPAA policies and procedures. Respects and maintains patient confidentiality. * Performs specific Job Activities as assigned per office location. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Knowledge of basic nursing procedures. * Must be precise, focused and have high attention to detail * Skilled in completing assigned medical office procedures and tasks. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Internet and EPM/EHR. * Must be self directed and able to work independently. Education: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Graduate and current RN or LVN License * One year medical office experience needed. * Current CPR certification.
