To learn more, visit https://www.pennstatehealth.org/careers/ SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for providing clinical expertise and establishing standards of nursing practice for the care and management of both pediatric and adult ostomy care and skin and wound management. Serves as a consultant, educator, clinician and change agent for the staff and patients with ostomies, skin or wound management problems in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Masters degree in Nursing required. Two (2) years experience in nursing required Successful completion of an accredited school for Enterostomal Therapy or currently enrolled in an accredited school for Enterostomal Therapy with completion within two (2) years of hire required. Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
