Registered Nurse (RN) - Wound Care
Job Description As a Registered Nurse at Santa Rosa Medical Center, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. Position Requirements: * Current/active RN license * Prior/recent wound care experience required * WOCN certification preferred * Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred * BLS through ARC or AHA required prior to hire * Minimum (3) years clinical experience Position Responsibilities: * Inpatient Wound Care setting * Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process. * Assists with the implementation of plan of care. * Provides acute and rehabilitative care for people with select disorders of the GI, GU and integumentary systems. * Provides direct patient care to persons with abdominal stomas, wounds, drains, fistulas, wounds and incontinence. * Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
