System Quality and Accreditation Coordinator, RN

Provides supervision to assigned coordinators to ensure that assigned areas are accreditation ready. REQUIRED * Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or health care related field. * Demonstrated effective team leadership skills. * Minimum of 3 years combined experience in health care field in the following functions: Quality Improvement or TJC coordination, either in hospital or ambulatory settings. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and report writing. * Provides clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, objective judgement, self-direction and motivation. * Ability to function effectively with a wide variety of disciplines, including physicians and nurses. * Make presentations on topics related to quality and regulatory issues. * Able to participate as part of a team to accomplish an assigned project. PREFERRED * Master of Science degree * Supervisory experience * Training as team leader and facilitator * Certification in Health Care Quality.
