We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Inpatient Wound Care Nurse to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: The Inpatient Wound Care Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized wound care treatment plans for patients. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient education. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop evidence-based care plans. * Perform wound debridement, dressing changes, and other advanced wound care procedures. * Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments. * Educate patients and their families on wound care management and prevention strategies. * Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. * Stay current with wound care best practices and participate in ongoing education and training. Qualifications: * Current RN license in the state of Georgia. * Certification in Wound Care (e.g., CWCN, CWS) is a plus. * Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
