Community Homes Nurse Supervisor

Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Community Homes Nurse Supervisor in the Butler area. The Community Homes Nurse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily functions of the Community Home Nurses. This position acts as a liaison between supervisors and medical professionals. Consults on individual cases and ensures internal control by verifying that medical recommendations are being implemented. Provides staff training on Medical Administration topics, and others, as necessary. The RN Supervisor also ensures that med trainings for staff members are current and recorded properly for our licensing regulations. This position does occasionally travel throughout Western PA, as needed, to assess the needs of clients and their welfare. This full-time position works a schedule of Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Position Requirements: * Current PA license as a Registered Nurse * Valid driver's license and automobile insurance * Ability to lift, move, position individuals up to 200 pounds with assistance * Prior Supervisory Experience is preferred. Experience in community nursing and/or social work preferred.
