As a Registered Nurse, you'll set the standard for high-quality patient care, taking charge of patient outcomes while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Lead with independence, partner with physicians and families, and make a meaningful impact in our community through compassionate and expert nursing. Responsibilities: * Balances work and personal life, modeling safe work hours, time management, and a healthy lifestyle. * Identifies workplace safety hazards and communicates them to peers and management. * Applies adult learning principles in teaching patients, families, students, and new staff, guiding them through care transitions. * Supports professional development of students, new staff, and colleagues, possibly serving as a preceptor. * Uses the nursing process and critical thinking to provide holistic, patient-centered care. * Demonstrates solid communication and comprehensive documentation, enhancing caregiver collaboration. * Actively participates in shared governance, goal setting, and quality improvement efforts to enhance patient care and the work environment. * Utilizes research and evidence-based practice to improve clinical care and patient satisfaction Qualifications: * Registered Nursing experience required. * Build positive, caring relationships with staff, executives, physicians, and patients/families. * Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. * Physical stamina required for frequent walking, standing, and patient positioning. * Flexible shift options available, including night/weekend programs with premium pay.
