Medical Assistant - NW Portland, OR

Vancouver Clinic is searching for a full time Medical Assistant to join the Internal Medicine team at NW Portland! Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting patient information, preparing patients for examination, assisting with procedures, and assisting with overall delivery of patient care. Pay range starts at $21.18/hour and goes up based on experience. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 36 hours/week. Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred. * Proof of successful completion of national certification examination (AAMA, NCCT, NHA, AMT) preferred. * Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required. * Patient care experience preferred * Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred. Pay Range: $20.76 - $29.06 The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
