The RN will provide emergency, short term care to Residents, Team Members and guests. They will also assist with Wellbeing programs in Independent Living. NEW INCREASED SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR EVENING, NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS!!! New increased wages! * Starting at $30.00, + based on experience Responsibilities: * Provide short term assessments and wellness checks to Residents and also responds to emergency needs for Residents who live in independent living. * They observe Resident, and record significant conditions and reactions, and notifies Physician of Resident's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents. * Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol. Has current CPR and AED training. * Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal. Takes finger stick blood sugars. Monitors pulse oximetry. * Monitors Residents and works with team to plan and implement changes in status. * Responsible to function as a Concierge when coverage is not available. Qualifications: * Must have a current PA Nursing license Schedules: * PT Day Shift, 7:00am-3:30pm * PT Evening Shift, 3:00pm-11:30pm * Includes every other weekend * Includes every other holiday ILRN111
