Administrative Clinical Supervisor - NIGHT SHIFT - Nursing Administration

Cruz Morales at [email protected] SUMMARY OF POSITION: This job exercises delegated administrative responsibility and authority for the supervision of all hospital personnel and functions within the assigned work unit/location for assigned shift. Serves as a leader and resource person in facilitating efficient operational activities throughout the organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact. * AHA BLS prior to end of the orientation period * Previous work experience in a supervisory, management, or other healthcare leadership capacity * Two (2) years of experience in an acute care setting PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S): * Bachelor's of Nursing preferred WHY PENN STATE HEALTH?
