RN Manager (The Bradley Center- CSU)
Description Responsible for assessing, planning, managing and evaluating the delivery of nursing care within Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) at a clinical psychiatric facility, and the supervision and management of all nursing personnel in the unit. Supervise and ensure the nursing and clinical care services are provided to patients in accordance with hospital and accreditation standards of care for an acute inpatient psychiatric program. Responsible for the provision of a safe and therapeutic environment for patient populations. Manage and maintain compliance with the CSU service agreement under the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) to include reporting, credentialing, funding, quality, treatment, and safety. Must beable to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) Licenses Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Georgia. Minimum Work Experience Five (5) years of nursing experience, of which at least three (3) years must be in acute psychiatric nursing with demonstrated proficiency in supervising, teaching, and communication
