Job Description Now Offering Significant Increased Pay Rates Physical Therapist - Inpatient Full-time, Days (flexible start time - 7/8/9 am) As a Physical Therapist at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, you'll join a team and be a part of a culture that's dedicated to providing top quality care to our patients. Requirements: * Requires a Bachelors degree. Master's degree preferred. * Physical Therapist Licensure is required by the State of North Carolina. * AHA/ARC BLS certification required. * One (1) or more years of experience is preferred. * Familiarity with Joint Commission and other hospital regulatory agency standards and regulations. About the Job: * Evaluating and assessing needs of patients and formulating treatment plans. * Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans. * Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare staff. * May supervise physical therapy assistants, aides, and athletic trainers. * Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. * Performs a variety of tasks. * A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. * Typically reports to a manager.
