In this role, you'll provide exceptional care in a fast-paced, acute care environment, managing a wide range of conditions including Cardiac, Respiratory, Neuro, Renal, GI, and Post-Op patients. Our 40-bed unit operates 24/7 and offers robust support through corporate and unit-based educational opportunities. Responsibilities: Administer patient care for acute injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, or post-intervention in an inpatient/observation setting. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, case management, physical and occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, dieticians, spiritual care, and pharmacists. Complete all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and the unit. Education/Training: Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Licensure/Certification: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or a valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate RN license. Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification. ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required based on specific unit needs. Experience: No prior experience required.
