As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, monitoring patients' health, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining up-to-date patient records. On this nursing team, you will feel supported and appreciated for the knowledge you have to share and have access to our advanced technology and research to ensure all patients receive world-class care. The hours of this per diem position is 7PM-7:30AM. Floating to other units or hospitals within Cleveland Clinic Martin Health may be required. Per Diem requirement is 4 shifts within a 6 week period. * Required qualifications for the ideal candidate include: * Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred. * Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN). * · 1 yr minimum of ICU Experience * Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) must be presented upon hire. * · Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. * Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action * Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
