As a Clinic Nurse Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to: * Coach, mentor, and train staff, assessing competencies and providing continuous performance management * Support staff growth and development by assessing educational and clinical needs, collaborating with individuals on opportunities * Collaborate with Nursing and Medical Assistant staff on educational initiatives and performance improvement * Participate in staff recruitment, selection, and orientation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures * Develop department work plan, delegate work, and monitor compliance with clinic standards and regulations * Lead patient care delivery planning, workflow implementation, and process improvement initiatives * Collaborate with clinic and maintenance staff to maintain facility and equipment * Perform clinical duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and clinic standards Qualifications: * Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing * Two years experience in nursing or healthcare operations is required, preferably one year in a Nursing Supervisory capacity * OR State RN License; Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) requirements: * Must submit proof of license in state of residence * Must submit proof of completion for the required suicide prevention training during 1st week of onboarding * Military Nurses are not required to obtain Nurse Licensure Compact * CPR Certification within 90 days * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred (level 10 receives bilingual differential pay) * Proficient in nursing concepts, patient care, medication usage, and communication * Strong problem-solving, judgment, and conflict-resolution skills * Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and work effectively with patients and colleagues * Basic proficiency with EMR, Word and Excel Our mission celebrates diversity.
