Medical Laboratory Technician 10:00AM -6:30PM (Mon-Fri)

Medical Laboratory Technician Medical Laboratory Technician functions under the direction of the Laboratory Supervisor. Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing various routine clinical laboratory tests. Responsibilities * Operates manual and automatic laboratory instrument/equipment * Calibrates and performs routine maintenance on laboratory instrument/equipment * Prepares chemicals, reagents, and solutions required for clinical laboratory testing * Utilizes the Laboratory Information System to enter test orders, report results, look up results, verify specimen receipt time and date, and check pending tests * Complies with all Clinic policies and procedures, including Safety and the Code of Conduct Qualifications * Minimum of an Associates of Science or related degree required * 1-2 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory * Knowledge of CAP & CLIA regulations and standards * Experience in Clinical Chemistry & Special Chemistry with Roche Cobas system preferred * MLT(ASCP) certification or equivalent preferred Benefits * Shift Hours: 10:30AM -7:00PM (Mon-Fri) * No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO including EIB, bonuses, free parking, free on-site medical care, etc. Equal Employment Opportunity MCH is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
