Physical Therapist, Full-Time Home Care, Brooklyn

Our Physical Therapists design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients recovering from a surgery, illness, or accident and can assess progress by being a part of their day-to-day life. Qualifications * Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern * New York State License and current registration in Physical Therapy * Valid drivers' license will be required. Pay Range per Visit: If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job, the hiring range is as follows: $70- $75 per visit.
