Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Lab Service Core - Part-Time - Night Shift Including Weekends/Holidays

Find out how you can Make It Possible: In this role, the employee will be responsible to make independent judgments to perform routine and special tests as required in our Pathology and Lab Medicine Department. This is a part time NIGHT shift 11:00pm-7:00am Friday, Saturday and Sunday including holiday, located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. Competitive sign-on bonus up to $10K : * New graduates eligible * Experiential bonus commensurate with experience * Additional bonus for night shift Preferred Criteria: * One-year of experience. * ASCP Required Criteria: * Bachelor's degree in medical technology or equivalent unless credentials are grandfathered in as life experience. * New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure from the New York State Education Department. * New hires pending a Clinical Laboratory Technologist License: Must obtain the License within 6 months of hire, and must work in a Trainee capacity only * Computer literacy. * Strong communication skills with multi-disciplinary teams. * Must have the ability to work independently.
