Supv Pt Care Services ARRMC (Nursing Admin)
Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.000000 | Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position Summary The Patient Care Services Supervisor for the Nursing Resource Team (NRT) provides oversight and coordination for a designated clinical program and related patient care areas. The primary focus is supervising daily patient care and ensuring that the care meets quality standards in a cost-effective manner. In addition, the Patient Care Services Supervisor provides performance improvement, statistical data collection, patient and community education, and management of organizational change for the program and related patient care areas. The Supervisor collaborates with their direct manager on related goal setting and planning; and provides consistent and timely information and feedback to the manager, including input regarding financial and/or quality performance and human resource issues.
