Nursing Supervisor

The primary goals of this position are to support the day-to-day clinical operations, manage, and mentor our nursing team. Close teamwork with physicians, nurses, and other team members. Your success will not be measured based on volume or time, but on enabling your team to provide the best quality care at a high level of service. Qualifications: * Previous Charge Nurse / Nursing Supervisor experience * CCU/ER experience preferred * Active Florida RN license, current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS certification * Proven leader with a track record of providing extraordinary patient care and customer service * Excellent communication and writing skills * Independence and autonomy, when necessary, as well as the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team * Energetic and proactive * Provides high quality care and follows established protocols for delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care. * Confirms patients understanding of procedures and obtains consents.
