Nurse Practitioner - Nephrology

We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in Nephrology to join our private practice in Reston, VA * Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established private practice and work alongside a highly regarded, board certified nephrologist and a tenured support staff. Our current physician is happy to provide mentorship and support in the field of nephrology. * Our practice offers the full scope of Nephrology services. The incoming provider will largely focus on preventative health for patients with chronic kidney disease. * Outpatient practice only, with occasional rounds in our own dialysis unit which is right next door. * Full-time schedule, Monday - Friday, no evenings or weekends required, no call obligation. * Offering competitive compensation and complete benefits. Qualifications: * 2+ years of clinical experience required (experience does not necessarily need to be in nephrology); unfortunately we are unable to consider new graduates at this time. * Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills. * Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations. * State licensure and board certification is required.
