That's why we're committed to providing a range of competitive benefits for your health, family, and future: What you will do: Render cardiac expertise and related assistance to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. Administer pain relief and conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring. Rotate as assigned to Cath Lab, EP lab, Interventional radiology, echo and cover all procedures performed in HVI . Evaluate assigned patients and plans, implement and document nursing care. Assist physicians during examinations and procedures. Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. Promote patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Licensed in state of PA. ACLS and BLS required. RCIS certification preferred. At least one year staff nursing in coronary care, telemetry or ER unit preferred. Cardiac cath or EP experience preferred.
