Registered Nurse (RN)

PHH+, a provider of skilled home care services, is currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to work with our adult and/or pediatric private duty clients in the following counties and surrounding areas: Brunswick, New Hanover, Columbus, Bladen High Acuity and/or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required. Available Shifts: * Days, evenings, weekends * 4-12 hours shift work * FT, PT or PRN options with most clients * your choice of pediatric or adult clients close to you Why PHH+? * 1:1 Skilled nursing care- no more unsafe patient ratios * Referral Bonus * Flexible scheduling * 401(k) * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * Paid skills training and opportunities for advancement RN Responsibilities: * Review, initiate, and implement care plan in accordance with the client's needs. * Provide one on one direct nursing care in the home with medically complex clients of all ages. * Medication management & administration * Monitor vital signs & medical equipment. * Perform physician-ordered interventions, such as tracheostomy or ventilator care when applicable. * Educating clients and families while providing companionship and emotional support. * Regular assessments, charting any client changes in condition, progress, & care needs & notifying the DON accordingly * Assist with other total care nursing duties. * Make independent clinical decisions when necessary. RN Position Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program * Current RN license in good standing * Ability to lift patients when applicable.
