Intensive RN - ACT ($5,000 Sign on Bonus)

Our ACT Team is searching for our next Registered Nurse! The Registered Nurse position, provides nursing and direct services for individuals in the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) program who have behavioral health diagnoses. Works as part of the ACT team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community. Oversees nursing tasks of ACT Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) as assigned. As a full-time Registered Nurse, you will be subject to our generous PTO package, VRS membership and more! Apply today to make a difference in the community! * $5,000 Sign on Bonus* Starting Salary: $68,025-Depending on Experience (This amount includes a 10% stipend for working on an ACT Team) Education/Experience Required: * Graduate of an approved school of Nursing is required. * A valid Virginia Registered Nursing License is required. * Bachelor's Degree or beyond is preferred. State Certification as a Medication Administration Trainer is helpful as is certification as CPR and First Aid trainer. * Registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A) or Qualified Mental Health Professional-Eligible (QMHP-E) is required. * Experience working in a community setting for individuals with disabilities is preferred.
