RN - Labor and Delivery

Job Summary: Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work a Labor and Delivery contract at a great hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a full time night shift contract with a pay rate of $51 per hour. You must have 2 years of recent and relevant experience! Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive hourly rate of $51 per hour * Paid weekly * Flexible schedule Responsibilities: * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan for patients with behavioral health disorders * Conduct physical assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed by the physician * Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and response to treatment * Provide education and support to patients and their families on behavioral health disorders and treatment plans * Ensure patient safety through proper medication management and adherence to treatment plans * Follow all state, federal, and facility guidelines and regulations for nursing practice and behavioral health care * Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation Requirements: * Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Virginia * Minimum of 2 year of experience in a Labor and Delivery setting * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team EEOC Statement: Interim HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer.
