Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients through telephonic triaging, coordinating follow-ups and referrals, and ensuring adherence to medical and departmental policies. This role involves working with complex cases and promoting cost-effective healthcare services. Responsibilities * Determine, develop, and implement a plan of care based on accurate and comprehensive assessment of the member's needs through telephonic triaging. * Adhere to established medical/departmental policies, clinical practice guidelines, community resources, contracting, and community care standards to each case. * Work with complex cases, promoting the delivery of quality, cost-effective healthcare services based on medical necessity and contractual benefits. * Provide guidance to the provider network. * Set up appointments, follow-up appointments, track down labs, etc. * Coordinate follow-ups and referrals. * Handle 15-30 calls for telephonic information coordination each day. * Work with Medicaid patients in a team atmosphere. Essential Skills * Appointment scheduling * Electronic health record management * Patient care * Telehealth * Triage * Acute care * Medical record management * EMR * Active RN license in OK * Strong written, typing, and verbal communication skills * Medical terminology knowledge Additional Skills & Qualifications * 2+ years of nursing experience * Ortho or ICU experience * Experience with diabetes care * Familiarity with Epic systems * Typing and scribing skills Work Environment This position is based in a clinic environment, where you will interact with patients daily. The role requires a collaborative team atmosphere and involves telephonic coordination for patient care.
