High Acuity and/or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required. We offer our nurses opportunities for education and growth through skills training. Available Shifts: * Morning, Evening, Overnight * 6-12 hour shift work * FT, PT, & PRN options available with most clients * No Weekend Requirements RN Responsibilities: * Review, initiate, and implement care plan in accordance with the client's needs. * Provide one on one direct nursing care in the home with medically complex clients of all ages. * Medication management & administration * Monitor vital signs & medical equipment. * Perform physician-ordered interventions, such as tracheostomy or ventilator care when applicable. * Educating clients and families while providing companionship and emotional support. * Regular assessments, charting any client changes in condition, progress, & care needs & notifying the DON accordingly * Assist with other total care nursing duties. * Make independent clinical decisions when necessary. RN Position Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program * Current RN license in good standing * Ability to lift patients when applicable.
