What you will you do in this role: * Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality * Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis * Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement REQUIREMENTS: * 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care Med-Surg RN experience within unit required * Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required * Current BLS required * Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire * BSN is preferred SCHEDULE: * Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a-7p Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a COMPENSATION: Salary: * $40.00 / hour Benefits: A total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
