We are looking for a committed and patient-focused nurse leader to offer effective and patient-centered care and leadership to the clinical staff. Responsibilities * Plans, conducts and evaluates organized orientation and training programs for all newly hired employees which are scheduled on a regular basis. * Plans the annual and monthly training program calendar in collaboration with other facility management team members. * Assists in the planning and coordination of training programs for all departments within the facility to respond to identified problem areas, service quality or to teach new procedures or methods. * Maintains appropriate training records and program material as required by Federal and State regulations. * Assumes a proactive role in resolving resident issues and concerns related to assigned areas of responsibility. Skills * Proven experience as a Clinical Educator, preferred * Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare * Willingness to keep abreast of changing standards in nursing administration * Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel * Great communication and people skills * Outstanding organizational and stress management skills * Aptitude in problem-solving * Valid RN license What We Offer: * Work today, get paid tomorrow with DailyPay!
