This is a full time night flex shift 7:30 pm - 8:30 am shift, including rotating weekend coverage at NewYork-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center Preferred Criteria * At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in inpatient psychiatry * Nursing Certification/s Required Criteria * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain) * New Grad Nurses must complete the Residency Program * BCLS certification * Knowledge of nursing process: social, behavioral, biological and physical science * Knowledge of current health care environment * Knowledge of customer service principles * Knowledge of effective interpersonal communication skills * Knowledge of use of computer applications * Ability to analyze patient care data to deliver and evaluate care Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
