Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: Polyclinic Medical Center, Inc. Position: Family Nurse Practitioner We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to senior care. Responsibilities: * Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans * Provide primary care services, including health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management * Perform diagnostic tests and interpret lab results * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed * Participate in clinical research projects to advance evidence-based practice Qualifications: * Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice * Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner * Experience in areas such as PICU, pediatrics, senior care, and acute pain management is preferred * Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Joining our team as a Family Nurse Practitioner offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while advancing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
