Case Manager FULLTIME DAYS

Description Monitors and manages patient care to promote continuity of care, optimal patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency, and compliance. Qualifications Minimum Education * Graduate of an approved school of nursing Required Skills * Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. * Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. * Communication and problem solving skills required. Licenses: Must be currently licensed in the State of Texas to practice as a nurse. Minimum Work Experience Three years clinical experience.
