Our nurses enjoy a robust benefits package including: * Up to $25K Sign on Bonus * Health/Dental/Life Insurance * 100% licensure/certification reimbursement * Tuition Reimbursement up to $5000 a year * Up to $20K for student loan payments program About the Job: * Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care * Assists physicians during examinations and procedures * Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse * Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills * Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals * 3x12s, varying days Requirements: * OK or Multistate Compact Current RN license * Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred * BLS certification, ACLS preferred * 0-2 years' experience Durant is proud to be the home of Alliance Hospital, a 148-bed facility serving Bryan, Choctaw, Atoka, Johnston and Marshall Counties.
