Registered Nurse (RN) | Resource Team - Adult Med/Surg | 7pa | $48/hour

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable RN to join our Resource Float Nurse Adult Med/Surg team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care across various units within our facility, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and support they need for optimal recovery. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in Adult Med/Surg settings. * Float to different units as needed, providing support and expertise in patient care. * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. * Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and respond to changes in patient status promptly. * Educate patients and families on care plans, medication, and post-discharge instructions. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with facility policies and procedures. * Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines. * Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of GA * 1 year of nursing experience * Current BLS for Healthcare Provider status according to AHA This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. #Indeed123
