REGISTERED NURSE/RN CARE MANAGER (RN), full time home health. PruittHealth @ Home Monroe services home health patients throughout Walton, Newton, and Jasper County and is seeking RNs to join their growing TEAM. Home health experience is required for the Weekend Baylor which will work either Friday - Sunday or Saturday - Monday but home health experience is not required for the RN Care Manger position.
