Job Description 3/12hr shifts with late day coverage, call coverage for week day and weekend rotation, and holiday rotation call. Position Requirements: * 3-5 years experience required with 1 yr OR * 30 minute call required * Associates degree in nursing * Florida state licensure required. * Requires BLS, ACLS and PALS prior to hire date. Position Responsibilities * Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care * Assists physicians during examinations and procedures * Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse * Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills 21 * Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Santa Rosa Medical Center, located in Milton, Florida, is more than just a healthcare institution; it's a place where your career can truly flourish.
