Registered Nurse - Night Shift RN

PHH+, a provider of skilled home care services, is currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to work with our adult and/or pediatric private duty clients in the following counties & surrounding areas: Wake, Johnston, Wayne, Harnett, Orange, Alamance If you're interested in working with a company that values the well-being of its clients and nurses and is guided by strong ethical and moral standards, we'd love to hear from you! High Acuity and/or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required. We offer our nurses opportunities for education and growth through skills training. Available Shifts: * Overnight * 8-12 hour shift work * FT, PT, & PRN options available with most clients * No Weekend Requirements Why PHH+? * Weekly Pay * 1:1 Nurse-Patient Ratio * Flexible Scheduling for optimal Nurse/Life balance * High Acuity Skills training * Career advancement within the company * Electronic charting * Fast track & Referral Bonuses RN Responsibilities: * Review, initiate, and implement care plan in accordance with the client's needs. * Provide one on one direct nursing care in the home with medically complex clients of all ages. * Medication management & administration * Monitor vital signs & medical equipment. * Perform physician-ordered interventions, such as tracheostomy or ventilator care when applicable. * Educating clients and families while providing companionship and emotional support. * Regular assessments, charting any client changes in condition, progress, & care needs & notifying the DON accordingly * Assist with other total care nursing duties. * Make independent clinical decisions when necessary. RN Position Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program * Current RN license in good standing * Ability to lift patients when applicable.
