Detail oriented, able to multi-task and customer service skills are a must! Essential Job Functions: * Listen and address needs of patients as evidenced by company standards and policies. * Answer the phones, and communicate patient's needs to the Opticians and Optical Technicians. * Efficiently take orders for contact lenses, create contact lens encounters and order lenses from ABB or another supplier. * Navigate insurance websites to assist patients with the available benefits and costs associated with their plan. * Sell and create encounters for accessories. * Learn the lensometer. * Oversee Frame Inventory. Competencies: * Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions. * Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. * Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and manage time accordingly to meet deadlines and requirements of the organization. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: * This is a full-time position based in Bradenton Florida, University Park Location * Full-time position with days and hours Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Saturdays occasionally. * Travel to other locations as necessary.
