Clinical Coordinator RN - Perioperative Services

Job Summary:# Plan, manage, coordinate and evaluate operations of the department.## Maintains accountability for staff and department performance.# Participates in organization-wide coordination of patient care and integration of departmental activities consistent with the corporate, division, and departmental mission, goals and values.# Qualifications:## Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license).# Bachelor#s degree required.# Three years RN experience required.Experience in Perioperative/proceduaral nursing/leadership experience preferred.##Thorough knowledge of Perianesthesia/Perioperative nursing principles, methods, and techniques. Demonstrated skills in performing nursing procedures; ability to deal tactfully with staff, patients, physicians, other departments, and families/visitors.
