Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today. Oversees the daily shift operations of the Telemetry Department. Regularly performs the duties of a Monitor Technician/CVT as needed. Responsible for accurate record keeping, observation of monitors and prompt reporting of cardiac rhythm changes for the Telemetry Department during assigned shift. REQUIRED * High School Diploma or GED * 1-2 years' experience as a Telemetry Monitor Tech or EKG Technician * BLS * Medical Terminology * Demonstrated competency in EKG/arrhythmia interpretation * Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) PREFERRED * Graduate from an accredited CVT program
