Benefits: * Competitive Pay starting at $43/hour * 401k with match * Medical, Dental, Vision * Paid Time Off * Tuition Reimbursement * Free CEU's Essential Functions: * Screens, evaluates, and treats Patients * Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures * Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions and contraindications * Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward his or her maximum level of independence and/or function * Supervises Occupational Therapist Assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities in accordance with state practice act * Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members INDOT Qualifications * Graduate from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy * Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of current practice * Must have good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients' family members, and staff * Must be capable of performing the responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations Pivot Rehab is dedicated to delivering optimal value and exceptional outcomes designed to meet the specific needs of patients, clinicians, and partners in the communities we serve.
