Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) license Job Duties and Responsibilities: * The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan. * The RN Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units. * The Registered Nurse Supervisory regularly rounds on nursing units. * The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life. * The RN Supervisor facilitates communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors as needed to ensure resident care needs are appropriately met.
