This RN will function on temporary assignments in a branch where there is a vacant position, increase in census or when additional staffing is deemed necessary. The temporary assignment would typically last 13 -26 weeks, mainly in the greater Houston area but also in outlying locations where overnight travel is required. + Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family + Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care + Case manages all assigned patient clinical records.
