Job Description ECU Health About ECU Health Home Health and Hospice ECU Health provides home health and hospice care in 20 counties across eastern North Carolina. Services are coordinated from offices in Ahoskie, Greenville, Kenansville, Washington and Windsor. In addition, ECU Health operates the Service League of Greenville Inpatient Hospice, an 8-bed facility for patients who require a higher level of hospice care than can be provided at home. Position Summary Provides direct skilled nursing services as described in the patient's plan of care. Maintains coordination of staffing assignments for home health and hospice patients to meet patient needs and ensures compliance with physician orders and applicable regulations. Minimum Requirements LPN Diploma Active NC LPN License or compact state American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Experience and/or formal training and education in home care is preferred. Must maintain a valid North Carolina driver's license or be licensed in the state you reside, and maintain the ECU Health required minimum insurance limits (clinical home team). Must maintain adequate/dependable transportation in order to perform specific job functions. Other Information This is a full-time position with benefits. Shift: Days, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm with limited on-call coverage.
