Our Benefits: * Up to $25K Sign-On Bonus * Health, Dental, and Life Insurance * 100% Licensure/Certification Reimbursement * Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,000 per year * Up to $20,000 for Student Loan Repayment Job Responsibilities: * Serve as an intermediary between operating room staff and other hospital departments to ensure seamless communication * Ensure the operating room is sterile and safe for each patient * Work with scrub nurses to maintain a sterile field in the operating room * Prepare patients and operating room setup before surgical procedures * Assess and monitor the patient's condition before and during surgery to support optimal outcomes * Collaborate with physicians to develop and follow a comprehensive care plan * Demonstrate strong attention to detail and physical stamina, as this role requires the ability to handle long shifts Requirements: * Current RN license in Oklahoma or Multistate Compact * Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) * BLS certification (ACLS preferred) * Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred About Our Community: AllianceHealth Durant is a 148-bed hospital that has been serving Bryan, Choctaw, Atoka, Johnston, and Marshall Counties since 1987.
